Our farm is entirely organic. We harvest both with the traditional method of cutting each plant by hand, banding, and hanging the bunches, and also with a tea plucking machine from Japan. The mechanized cut is sun dried, thrashed, sifted and steam distilled in copper here on the farm. The resulting oil is organic, highly concentrated, and sweet because it has been made with low temperature in copper (see "distill process" on the "lavender info page for more information. Used for centuries, lavender is the best-known herb for its medicinal and healing properties. Many other species of lavender grow on the farm. Organic culinary lavender is also offered.
In
addition to our
essential oil, we
also offer a complete
line of lavender
based personal care products, homemade
soaps, etc. Located
